As the Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager at Reading Coffee Co., I lead the brand's digital presence through strategic content creation, social media management, and in-store marketing. I oversee all social media accounts, creating engaging campaigns that promote new café offerings, retail products, and seasonal initiatives while building an active online community.

Beyond social media, I design and manage digital menus, café TV screens, signage, and promotional materials to create a cohesive customer experience both online and in-store. I collaborate closely with baristas to develop and launch new drink specials, partner with local creators, influencers, and brands on marketing campaigns, and create branded graphics, product sell sheets, and other visual assets that maintain a consistent brand identity across every customer touchpoint.
